Books and food... mostly food

A few days ago, I went to Chapters with Ch because she was looking for a new book to read...
While my friend was looking hard for a good book, I found myself something interesting lol

Another interesting thing I found...
*drumroll* A freakin' novel by Snooki... LOL.
I was in disbelief when I first saw it. I read the back of the book and apparently, this book is a fictional novel about two girls who went to the beach to find true love. Not surprising at all.

What I did find surprising was that it said "New York Times bestselling author". Wtf? For real?

Anyway... off from the topic of books...

I wanna talk about food. Again.

I've been to Whitespot too many times and I think I've found my three fall favorite dishes =D

Tuscan Chicken Pasta

I really love the sauce! If they gave it to me in a bowl, I would drink it up like soup lol.

And with feta cheese, this whole dish tastes really good =9

Only thing I wanna say is that the sauce gets spicier and spicier as you eat it... and I can't take spicy. I end up having my nose all runny after a few bites.

Pumpkin Soup

This is their seasonal soup! It's only available during this season.

Really creamy pumpkin soup... I think I'm addicted to this.

Pumpkin Pie

Another seasonal item. I like how this pie's filling is not super soft like the ones I've tried at other places. However, it's a bit on the more spicy-cinnamon side. Maybe if they cut back a little on the cinnamon, it'd be perfect, but it is still very yummy nonetheless!

That ends my blog entry while I procrastinate to do my assignments...
